OEC Enterprises, LLC Independent Living program is committed to building a community of inclusion and support. Our mission is to build stability, strengthen independence, and move toward a more secure future. Our program supports the community with a focus on Veterans and the Unhoused.
Through our staff's compassionate care and a person-centered approach, we create environments where every individual feels valued, supported and safe.

VISION
To provide a stepping stone for those that are in need of relief from life's unforeseen circumstances.
Our vision and mission are accomplished through consultation, community education, and mentoring underserved communities through the Neighborhood Outreach.
